Problem with registering Gateway on * Error registering device. Check serial no.

If you get the following error when attempting to register your NetSmart Gateway, please do the following:

1)  Log into

2)  At the "register" screen, click on the "+" on the top bar.

3)  Select "Current Cost Wireless Gateway" from the drop down box.

4)  Enter your serial number.

5)  In the very unlikely event that this doesn't work, please contact us.
